  • Through the online patient portal 'Uw zorg online', you can digitally approach the practice for, among other things, a repeat prescription, making an appointment, and asking short questions to the doctor or assistant. You will receive more information about this soon.

  • For emergencies, we are available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
